ACUTE PANCREATITIS
Introduction
Presentation
Acute pancreatitis is a common gastrointestinal disorder currently with a high prevalence of complications often requiring hospitalization. Therefore, minimally invasive management of acute pancreatitis is being increasingly utilized. Due to a need for a multidisciplinary approach (percutaneous, endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open), combined expertise is needed for the improvement of patient outcomes.
